Company Culture At IT3 Everyone Makes a Difference Our company's vision and values create an innovative and entrepreneurial culture. Our organization has been built on long-term strategy and it has an innate energy that is created from the awareness that our work is never done – we always have another opportunity and challenge to overcome. This is the process of continuous improvement. A Balanced Organization As a organization, we believe that a person’s career should support a balance in one’s life. Whether an employee is on their first job, married, or a parent, IT3 seeks to support all of its employees in balancing their life goals. Flexible work schedules, better than average vacation and personal time, and open door discussion forums are all benefits that have been incorporated in our daily routines to support every person's unique situation and lifestyle. Employee Recognition We have instituted an annual recognition forum for individuals and teams who exhibit performance above and beyond the call of duty. All employees are given the opportunity to nominate associates and teams. At the company’s annual celebration, we recognize accomplishments for such things as outstanding support to partners and customers, innovation, collaboration, and management and team-building skills. The daily status reports, notes and comment cards from supervisors, employees and management also recognize hard work, special efforts and innovation from our team. Building Relationships IT3 is all about building long-term relationships. Whether we’re on the phone with a customer, having a meeting with a prospect, customer or customer, or collaborating with other team members, we know that our solutions, services and organization are only as strong as the relationships they are built on. Throughout all of these relationships, we strive to reflect and communicate our brand philosophy that demonstrates Commitment, Communication and Collaboration. Continuous Improvement At IT3, we believe learning is not an event of life, but rather a continued and evolutionary process. Whether an employee is surfing the web, in a meeting with a customer, or having a discussion with a co-worker, all forms of listening and processing information is important to the development of IT3. This attitude promotes endless learning situations for the entire company. IT3 offers technical training classes and invests in the “personal” growth of each employee, providing the leadership, project management, presentation skills, and cultural training courses. At the same time, we want all employees, to be well educated on our company, solutions, services and the industry we compete in.
