A Balanced Organization
As a organization, we believe that a person’s career should support a balance in one’s life. Employee Recognition
We have instituted an annual recognition forum for individuals and teams who exhibit performance above and beyond the call of duty. All employees are given the opportunity to nominate associates and teams. At the company’s annual celebration, we recognize accomplishments for such things as outstanding support to partners and customers, innovation, collaboration, and management and team-building skills. The daily status reports, notes and comment cards from supervisors, employees and management also recognize hard work, special efforts and innovation from our team.

Whether we’re on the phone with a customer, having a meeting with a prospect, customer or customer, or collaborating with other team members, we know that our solutions, services and organization are only as strong as the relationships they are built on. IT3 offers technical training classes and invests in the “personal” growth of each employee, providing the leadership, project management, presentation skills, and cultural training courses.
